📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales targets and implement marketing initiatives to boost store performance.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and company expectations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless store operations.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as RetailPro, Lightspeed, or similar.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
