📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to implement and execute store improvement initiatives.
• Lead and participate in store meetings, including staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Promote and uphold the ANTA brand values and standards across all store locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Square, Clover, or Lightspeed, to track sales, manage inventory, and analyze performance metrics.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or leadership preferred.
