In this role, you will work closely with our villa managers and staff to address HR needs, from onboarding to performance management. You will leverage tools like BambooHR and Paycor to streamline processes, and your expertise will ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. With 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related field, you will bring a strategic approach to HR, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for villa staff.
• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values.
• Conduct training sessions on HR topics and compliance.
• Handle payroll processing using Paycor and other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with villa managers to address HR needs and support staff development.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in luxury hospitality or a similar industry.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
