As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Source and screen potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews
• Process payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll documentation
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and payroll management
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
