As a Document & Traffic Executive, you will be responsible for managing all import documentation, from Bill of Lading to Customs Clearance, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations. You will also be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that arise. With Mats International Indonesia, you will work with a diverse team of professionals, using industry-standard tools like COSMOS, EDI, and TMS to streamline our processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, offering timely updates and resolving any issues that arise.
• Utilize industry-standard tools like COSMOS, EDI, and TMS to streamline our logistics operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sea and air freight forwarding, and share your knowledge with the team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and systems to enhance our efficiency.
• Ensure that all documentation is filed and archived according to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea and air freight forwarding, with a focus on import documentation and customs clearance.
• Proven experience using industry-standard tools like COSMOS, EDI, and TMS.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international trade regulations, including those related to customs, shipping, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and the ability to travel frequently.
