📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing development, urban planning, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) software, such as ArcGIS, is a plus.
