📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the entire customs clearance process for imported machinery and equipment.
Prepare and submit accurate and complete customs declaration forms, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential issues related to customs compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient import operations.
Monitor and update knowledge of customs regulations, trade laws, and import procedures.
Provide training and support to staff on customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.
Analyze and report on customs clearance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to SANY Group's quality standards and safety protocols throughout the import process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export operations, or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and import procedures.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
