• Lead a team of live streaming hosts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality content and viewer engagement
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost viewer engagement, drive sales growth, and maximize revenue
• Coordinate live streaming events, including scheduling, scripting, and technical setup
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create engaging content that resonates with the audience
• Ensure seamless technical execution of live streaming events, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Monitor and optimize live streaming platforms and tools, such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and Restream
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live streaming and digital media

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live streaming team leader or similar role, with a track record of success in driving engagement and sales growth
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms, tools, and technologies, such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and Restream
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
• Certification in live streaming or digital media is a plus
