📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the distribution and monitoring of accounts for Collection & Recovery activities
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting using Oracle Database and Tableau
• Develop and maintain collection system processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of collection system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to collection team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in collection processes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Tableau
• Certified in Oracle Database or similar relevant certification
• Proven track record of managing collection systems and processes
