📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
