In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. You will analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations, and prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvement.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis meetings to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support the finance team in financial close processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in professional accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
