Market Global Lestari is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Balikpapan. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure that all products are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that the warehouse is a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure that products are received and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all quality control measures are in place and that products are shipped in good condition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
