📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
