Variance Trading Corporation is seeking a Strategic Accounts Specialist (Medical Devices) to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices and a proven track record of success in sales and account management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the medical devices industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.,Work closely with the product management team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the medical devices industry.,Strong understanding of the medical devices market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
