📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.

Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.

Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets.

Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and foster a motivated and productive team.

Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about store operations.

Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

Promote and implement store initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.

Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
