📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving new stock.,Process customer orders and manage the shipping and delivery process.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and inventory movements.,Perform regular checks on store equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
