📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local job market.,Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and onboarding.,Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technological advancements in the recruitment field.,Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring in the local market.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
