📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR operations.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement innovative solutions to improve HR operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
