📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and contract terms.,Track and report sales performance, as well as market trends and competitor activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
