📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.,Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and other relevant documents.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information is available for sales activities.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing necessary information and resources.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
