As a Bread & Savory Products Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and savory products according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure consistent quality and taste of baked goods through regular taste tests and quality checks.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment and work area to ensure hygiene and efficiency.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new products and recipes.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery or food service industry.,Proven experience in baking bread and savory products with a strong focus on quality and consistency.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with using bakery equipment and tools.,High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in baking is a plus.
