🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in manufacturing.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
