In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to design and deliver training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.,Assist in the development of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
