📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training requirements.,Utilize various training methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
