📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the mechanical design and development of products.
  • Ensure all mechanical components meet quality and performance standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
  • Develop and implement mechanical design processes and procedures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
