📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR-related role (internships are acceptable).,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
