PT Mulya Hasta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in fleet management and gain valuable experience in coordinating and maintaining our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to ensure efficient operation.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and inspections.,Assist in the coordination of driver assignments and schedules.,Support the fleet manager in implementing and enforcing fleet policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian language and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
