📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire customs clearance process for imported machinery and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete customs declaration forms, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential issues related to customs compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient import operations.
• Monitor and update knowledge of customs regulations, trade laws, and import procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and report on customs clearance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SANY Group's quality standards and safety protocols throughout the import process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export operations, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and import procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
