Crown Star Berjaya is looking for a talented and passionate Barista to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
