As the Head of People Management, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving HR initiatives that align with our vision. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices in global HR. Your daily tasks will range from talent acquisition and employee development to performance management and employee relations, all while leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in Bali's competitive market.
- Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices in global HR.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and innovation.
- Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting equality and fairness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in global HR.
- Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
