📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of our buildings, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Manage and coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our properties.
Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify and address any maintenance issues.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.
Manage and maintain building records, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and insurance documents.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in building maintenance.
Proficient in using building management software, such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with a team of maintenance staff.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Balinese building practices and cultural considerations.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
