PT Wisesa Hijau is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Subang. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for the branch.,Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
