📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and conducting classes.,Prepare lesson plans and materials to support learning objectives.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Assist in the administration of the learning center, including student enrollment and record-keeping.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student performance.,Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.,Support the lead tutor in managing student behavior and discipline.,Assist in the organization of events and activities to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tutor or teaching assistant.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.
