📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs using medical equipment like blood pressure monitors and thermometers
- Administer medications as prescribed by nurses or doctors
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Assistant or similar role in healthcare
- Certification as a Nurse Assistant (SNA) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Ability to lift and move patients weighing up to 300 pounds
